“We’ll go all night / Two steps with the woman I love / All my problems turn to nothing when I’m in your eyes, electrified” Ed sings on the track. “We’ll keep up and keep going all night / Oh, we’ve had lows and lows in our time / But we know what it feels like to be down, then up, alone, then loved / And all that what we need is for us to go all out.”

In a press release, Ed revealed that he filmed the clip in Kyiv, Ukraine before the Russian invasion.

“I filmed the video for ‘2step’ in the town of Kyiv, Ukraine before the devastating acts of violence begin to occur,” Ed share. “It was my first time visiting the country and I felt very welcome during my time there – everyone from the production team to the many people I met during my days off.”

He added: “Ukraine is a proud and resilient country and I am grateful to have had the chance to shoot my video there. I support Ukraine and will donate my record royalties from the YouTube streams of the video to DEC’s Humanitarian Appeal for Ukraine x”

Earlier this month it was revealed that Ed films a tribute to a deceased friend.
