ADA celebrates women in digital and analytics with a music video

SINGAPORE, March 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — To celebrate capable women in digital and analytics, ADA commemorates International Women’s Day with a Musical clip – written, produced and performed by ADA employees themselves. Built around this year’s theme of #BreakTheBiasthe video features women literally breaking down common prejudices and stereotypes that women face on a daily basis.

For ADA, diversity in the workplace is a long-term commitment that goes beyond March 8 or the month itself. Recognizing that this pursuit will take time, ADA has put in place several initiatives to ensure that gender equity is not only achieved, but also maintained over the long term.

Women make up half of the ADA

In last years Celebrating International Women’s Day, ADA released its gender statistics to quantify and monitor their gender gap. The ratios – which cover ADA’s employment breakdown, senior management, promotions and attrition – have been updated with the latest statistics from the Women at the ADA page.

From December 31, 2021half of the company is included women in data science positions, data scientists, digital media gurus, industry experts, management consultants, and more. 54% of employees promoted and 47% of new hires are women. Meanwhile, women make up 38% of the management team.

To ensure that we maintain this level of diversity in our workforce, we need to ensure that policies are in place to creating an environment where everyone can thrive equally.
